Smart Kitchen Solutions Cutlery promises the original purchaser to repair or replace, at Smart Kitchen Solutions Cutlery's option, as long as owned by the original purchaser, any knife found to be defective in material or workmanship when put to everyday use and cared for according to instructions. Minor imperfections, surface markings due to shipping, and slight color variations are normal. This warranty excludes damage from misuse or abuse (such as washing the knife in a dishwasher or using the knife as a tool), neglect, accident, alteration, fire or theft. To make a claim under the warranty, mail the knife in appropriate packaging, certified mail postage and insurance prepaid by you, with your proof of purchase, to Smart Kitchen Solutions Cutlery, Inc at 157 Concord Street Holliston, MA 01746, Attn: Customer Service. Should Smart Kitchen Solutions Cutlery, Inc determine that the knife was defective at the time of the original purchase, it will mail a repaired knife or a replacement knife to you, with the return postage paid by Smart Kitchen Solutions Cutlery, Inc. If Smart Kitchen Solutions Cutlery, Inc determines it was not defective it will return the knife postage prepaid to you with a reason for the denial of coverage.
